Many years have passed since these walls have fallen silent. Once there were noises and bustle. But today the edifices are silent as if time has come to a standstill. The slow breeze touches the leaves that’s all the sound we hear the intermittent chirping of the birds hopping on branches of abundant trees around.
But, the time has passed and those people along with it. And all these rooms and arches that once welcomed people with open arms and joy; with magnanimity and generosity stand today as only symbols of the past, reminders of the days that were filled with fanfare, pageantry, pomp, and glory.
